Get Your Life in Order/Important Documents (March: week of  days 16-22)

Welcome back to this week's challenge!
If you are new, please check out this link or go to LABELS --> and click on 2015 challenges.
If you are not: here we go!

This week is all about going deeper

The following pertains to self, spouse, child(ren), and pet(s).

We are going to collect the following from each of the above noted that pertain to you:
*teeth imprints (You can collect these easily by saving a piece of sytrofoam from a take-out container, or from the bottom of some fruit/veggie packages. If you are at a loss, you can purchase a small styrofoam block outright at  a craft store such as Hobby Lobby <3  --if you go that route, don't forget to use the awesome discount code on your smart phone.)
**see picture below**
*fingerprints (and footprints too, if you are so inclined)
**see picture below**
*a lock of hair (even a small bit works!)
*take a current photo and file/date it
*get your camera out and start taking pictures of all those individual traits you (each) carry:
-a collection of freckles in the shape of Orion
-a chipped front tooth
-a scar on your shin
-birthmark
-dimple
-etc.
(My suggestion would be to either print each photo out -which may be costly- OR, copy all to one location and store it under a file of "family" or "everyone" or something of that nature. One other suggestion, what I plan on doing, is uploading each picture onto my computer and cutting and pasting them one by one onto a single sheet of paper per family member. This will be easy to file and hold everything in one place.)
*list of allergies
*list of medications
*document blood types
*consider interviewing them for fun! (This is a great way to document this time in their lives and share a fun memory with them.)

Once you have all of this in place...you guessed it...FILE T!!

Go you, we are rocking this Important Documentation month!-gomommyblogger

Here is one of my Littles imprinting his teeth

Here is what our kitchen looked like after finger prints.
A fun excuse for art!

This is simply showing you some of the documents I collected.
Notice the fun finger prints (which the boys loved).
A list of
information about each boy.
(how high he can count, his favorite food, etc.)
I even had my four year old write-out his name.
